1. Shipping Policies

All orders placed on https://roboucreate.in/  are processed after successful payment confirmation.

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day
• Once shipped, order details cannot be modified

Robuucreate currently ships only within India.

2. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted and reputed courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery, including but not limited to:

• Delhivery
• Blue Dart
• DTDC
• India Post
• Other regional logistics providers

Shipping partner selection depends on location, serviceability, and order type.

3. Shipping Time / Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

• Metro cities: 2–5 business days
• Non-metro & remote areas: 4–8 business days

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to:

• Courier delays
• Weather conditions
• Local restrictions
• Unforeseen logistical issues

Robuucreate is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

4. Guarantee / Warranty

• All products are covered by manufacturer warranty, where applicable
• Warranty terms vary by product and brand
• Robuucreate does not provide extended warranties unless clearly stated
• Physical damage, mishandling, or improper usage voids warranty

Customers are advised to read product descriptions carefully before purchase.

5. 100% Refund / Replacement Policy

We offer 100% refund or replacement only under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged
• Product received is defective
• Incorrect product delivered

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos.

6. Canceling an Order

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
• Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method within:
  • UPI / Wallets: 3–5 business days
  • Cards / Net Banking: 5–7 business days

7. Return Guidelines

Returns are accepted only if:

• The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
• The product is unused and in original packaging
• All accessories, manuals, and invoice are included

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened or used electronic components
• DIY kits once opened
• Custom or special-order products
• Items damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse

Return approval is subject to inspection and verification.

8. Return Shipping Charges

• If the return is due to Roboucreate’s error, we bear the return shipping cost
• For all other approved returns, shipping costs may be borne by the customer

9. Limits of Responsibility

Robuucreate shall not be responsible for:

• Damage caused by improper usage or installation
• Compatibility issues due to incorrect product selection
• Delays caused by courier partners
• Minor variations in product appearance or packaging
• Loss due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

All products are sold on an “as-is” basis unless otherwise specified.

10. How to Raise a Return or Refund Request

To initiate a return, refund, or replacement request:
